Standard Event Passes

Standard Full Weekend Pass
$150 Before July 9th ($170 after)
Full Weekend Pass - Includes Workshops, Late Night Dancing, Solo Classes, and all other event activities (except for the Routinesive) Must be purchased in order to register for competitions.

International Pass/ Full Time Student Pass
$110 Before July 9th ($130 after)
Includes Full Weekend Pass, but the $110 rate is only available to those with an international passport to be presented when picking up ticket at event OR with a valid, current student ID

All-Star/Champion Pass
FREE W/ Pre-registration
​Includes Full Weekend Pass, but is only available to All-Star and Champion Dancers. WSDC Points Registry will be cross-referenced. Participation in All Stars/Champs JnJ and Westie Welcome Activities will be expected in exchange for this pass. Click HERE for more details.

Junior Pass
FREE W/ Pre-registration
Includes Full Weekend Pass, but is only available to attendees that are 17 years of age or younger.

Pass Winner
FREE W/ Pre-registration
Includes Full Weekend Pass, but is only available to attendees that have won a free pass via contest prize, social media contest, Bicentennial Club, etc. These registrations will be verified.

Chaperone/Spectator Pass
$50 Before July 9th ($70 After)
Includes access to all event activities, but you CAN NOT participate actively in any event activities.

Swingtacular has grown tremendously over its first 6 years which is fantastic. However, we want to make sure that we maintain a positive social environment that comes with that "Small Event Feel", and that we are able to continue to run our schedule perfectly on time. We are implementing a few ideas to make sure the vibe and energy at the event will continue to be the best of the year.

​With this concern in mind, we are HIGHLY encouraging everyone to register for their competitions at least a month ahead of time. All competition entries increased $10 after July 9th, and increase another $10 at the door (August 1st). See registration page for exact competition fees.

Sliding Scale Discount

Swingtacular has always tried to be as accessible to everyone as humanly possible. Part of that process has been offering discounted tickets to the first 80 people that register and pay for their pass. The faster you register, the better the disount:

First 20 Tickets ~ $110
Next 20 Tickets ~ $120
Next 20 Tickets ~ $130
Next 20 Tickets ~ $140
​Standard $150 once the first 80 tickets are sold.

Tickets will be available at the standard $150 price until July 15th which is the same deadline as competition registration. We are REALLY trying to encourage people to register ahead of time, so that we can organize our ballroom space most effectively, and know if we need to implement a cap. The price will increase $20 at the door for Full Weekend, International, and Student Passes.

Westie Welcome Pass - Available July 1st, 2020 at 6PM (PST)
Includes access to all event activities, but this is only available to up to 50 individuals that have NEVER been to a WSDC Registry Convention, and may not even have been exposed to WCS yet. We will be cross referencing your name and other information with the WSDC Registry and multiple other event databases. We are trying to do something nice to bring new people into this scene... Please don't ruin it. If you are unsure if this pass is applicable to you, contact the Event Directors HERE. If you are found to have intentionally taken advantage of this opportunity inappropriately, you will not be welcome at Swingtacular again. There is a "Westie Welcome Crash Course" as well as multiple "Level 1" WCS Classes available, so there will be opportunities for a brand new beginner to learn and get caught up to enjoy the weekend as much as possible!

Other Requirements:
- The Welcomed Westie MUST have never attended a full weekend convention before. We already said that, but it's worth reiterating.
- The Welcomed Westie MUST take either the Westie Welcome Crash Course and/or at least one of the "Level 1" Workshops offered.
- The Welcomed Westie MUST pre-register.
